The Chase Engine · for coaches selling $2k+ engagements

Coach.
Don't chase.

You have leads. You have an offer that works. What you don't have is someone answering at 9pm on a Tuesday while you're mid-session. That gap is the only thing we fix — and we install the follow-up layer in about a week.

Illustrative example of what the engine is designed to do day to day.

Buyers often move forward with the business that responds first. The engine helps your follow-up begin while intent is still high.

Yes, you've been pitched this before

Everyone in your DMs promises you clients. We're promising something much smaller.

We don't generate leads. We don't rewrite your offer. We don't promise to 10x anything, and we're not going to tell you a robot will replace your sales process.

We install one layer: the stretch between a lead raising their hand and a call landing on your calendar. That stretch is currently hours or days long, and it is where viable demand can quietly cool. We configure the system to target a first response inside sixty seconds without requiring you to watch the inbox.

If nobody knows you exist yet, we're the wrong call. If people reach out and you get to them Thursday, keep reading.

Why this specific gap

The leads aren't the problem. The lag is.

You already suspect this. Longstanding lead-response research shows that faster first response materially improves the likelihood of qualification.

21×

More likely to qualify a lead when the first reply lands within 5 minutes instead of 30.

78%

Of buyers go with the first business that responds — not necessarily the best one, the first one.

42 hrs

Average business response time reported in the cited research. Slow competitors create an opening.

The trade

What comes off your plate.

You, chasing

  • Answering DMs between client sessions
  • “Just circling back” for the fourth time
  • Leads going cold while you sleep
  • A list you feel guilty about not emailing
  • No-shows you never hear from again

You, coaching

  • Connected inbound channels monitored for prompt response
  • Qualified buyers can book without interrupting your session
  • Eligible older leads enter approved re-engagement
  • No-shows enter a deliberate recovery path
  • You focus on the conversations that need you
The mechanism · five parts, one layer

What actually gets installed.

Not a tool you learn. Five named components that sit between your demand and your calendar — built on the same defined architecture, then tuned to how you speak.

01 · THE SIXTY

Targets a <60s first response

Configured inbound channels receive prompt, approved follow-up, including nights and weekends within the agreed service scope.

02 · THE SORTER

Qualifies and routes

Instagram and Facebook conversations are sorted into the right next conversation before they reach you.

03 · THE WARM SWEEP

Reopens eligible demand

Previously interested leads can enter an approved, paced re-engagement sequence instead of being treated like database noise.

04 · THE RESCUE

Recovers missed calls

Cancellations and no-shows enter a deliberate recovery path designed to create another booking opportunity.

05 · THE LONG HOLD

Keeps the not-yets relevant

Viable prospects who are not ready today receive relevant follow-up across a longer buying horizon.

Read it yourself

This is what it says to your people.

Nobody shows you this before you buy. Here are three conversations, word for word, at the speed they actually happen. Pick one and watch it run.

Illustrative script built from the sequences we install. Names and details are examples, not client records.

Written in your voice

You approve every line before a lead sees it. If a sentence isn't how you'd say it, it doesn't ship.

It asks, then stops

Two or three qualifying questions, then a booking. No pitch, no pressure, no essay.

You can take over

Every thread sits in your inbox. Jump in mid-conversation whenever you want to.

“The follow-up that answered you in seconds and sorted out whether this fits? That's the thing we install.”

This business runs on its own engine. When you message us, you experience the product before anyone pitches you — instant answer, a few sharp questions, a straight verdict. If it feels effortless, that's the entire argument.

Read this before you buy

What the engine won't do.

Every offer in this category oversells. Here's the honest ceiling, so you can decide against us now rather than in month two.

It won't create demand you don't have.

If almost nobody is reaching out, faster follow-up multiplies a very small number. Fix traffic first — we'll tell you if that's your real problem.

It won't close for you.

The engine gets qualified people onto your calendar. What happens on the call is still entirely your job.

It won't fix a weak offer.

More conversations with the wrong offer just means hearing no faster. The Warm Sweep exposes offer problems; it doesn't solve them.

It won't sound perfect on day one.

Week one is tuning. You'll read real conversations and tell us what's off. By week two it reads like you wrote it.

The standard we're held to

Seven commitments, in writing.

Effective
August 2026
  1. Our response-speed target is under sixty seconds.

For configured inbound channels across the agreed service coverage. We confirm the activation plan before launch and communicate any timing change directly.

  2. Your first month makes follow-up performance visible.

We track opened conversations, booked calls, protected demand, and pending follow-up. Results depend on list size, data quality, channel access, your offer, and buyer behavior; no specific revenue or conversation outcome is guaranteed.

  3. You approve every message.

Nothing goes out in your name that you haven't read first. If a sentence isn't how you'd say it, it doesn't ship.

  4. You are not an experiment.

Every client gets the same defined engine architecture, tuned to their voice and operating requirements.

  5. We tell you when the fit is wrong.

If traffic, price point, or readiness is the real bottleneck, we say so directly and stop before activation.

  6. Your data is yours.

Contacts, conversation history, and pipeline export in full on request — including on the way out. No penalty, no exit fee, nothing held hostage.

  7. We never name a client without permission.

No logos, no screenshots, no “one of our clients” stories unless they've agreed in writing.

Fit

We turn people down.

Worth it if…

  • You sell coaching or consulting at $2,000+ per engagement.
  • Leads already come in through DMs, forms, or referrals.
  • Follow-up capacity is your bottleneck — not traffic, not offer.

We'll say no if…

  • You're pre-revenue with no inbound to speak of.
  • You want us to run cold traffic — we work demand you already have.
  • You want to hand it over and never look at a conversation again.
The alternatives

You have four options. We're one of them.

Every coach with this problem weighs the same short list. Here it is without the spin.

Before pricing

Three things you're probably thinking.

“My people will know it isn't me.”

Every message runs on scripts you wrote or approved, in your phrasing. You read every conversation in your inbox and can step in mid-thread whenever you want.

“I'll lose control of my pipeline.”

You set the qualifying rules, so only people meeting your criteria reach your calendar. Nothing is hidden from you and nothing is locked away from you.

“My leads are really old.”

Age matters less than you'd think. Someone who went quiet eighteen months ago is often in a completely different situation now. What matters is that they raised their hand once.

Questions

Asked before saying yes.

Why not just buy the software and build this myself?

You can, and if you'd enjoy it, you should — the tools exist and they're capable. What you'd be paying us for is the other forty hours: the workflows built, the sequences written, the qualifying logic set, the deliverability handled, and someone watching it after launch. The honest reason most coaches don't have fast follow-up isn't that the software was too expensive. It's that building it is a project, and you already have a business to run. We're for the ones who won't finish it.

Is there really no setup fee?

No. We charged $1,500 for the build when every engine was assembled from scratch. It's standardised now — the same five components, tuned to your voice — so the build costs us a fraction of what it used to and we stopped charging for it. You pay the first month and nothing else.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No — there are no sales calls in this business at all. Engine and Engine+ are straight checkout. For Max, our own engine asks you four questions in the chat and confirms whether a slot is open, usually in under two minutes, any time of day.

What happens right after I pay?

You get a confirmation email with your onboarding brief — a short form covering your offer, your qualifying rules, and how you talk to leads. Fill it in and your engine is live within a week. No scheduling, no call.

How is this different from the last automation thing I bought?

Most of them sold you software and left you to configure it. The reason it didn't work isn't that the tool was bad — it's that nobody built the thing. We install it, write the scripts, connect the calendar, and run it. You approve and show up.

What if I already use a CRM or booking tool?

The engine includes its own CRM, calendar, and inbox — many coaches can replace two or three subscriptions with it. We migrate your contacts during onboarding, or connect to what you already use when the integration supports it.

How fast until I see booked calls?

The Sixty is configured during onboarding and begins operating after approval. Warm Sweep timing and volume depend on list size, data quality, offer fit, channel access, and buyer behavior. We report opened conversations, booked calls, protected demand, and pending follow-up so you can see what the system is producing without a guaranteed outcome.

Will this hurt my email deliverability?

The system is designed to protect deliverability: eligible outreach is paced, approved, and monitored rather than blasted. No sending strategy can guarantee zero deliverability impact, so sender reputation and channel health remain part of ongoing review.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep your data. Contacts, conversation history, and pipeline data export in full. No penalty, no exit fee, no data held hostage.
